I started a job at a call center to support myself and my studies while pursuing BS Psychology at the University of San Carlos, one of the top universities in Cebu, Philippines. Balancing work and school was tough — the long nights and heavy workload tested my strength and determination.
Even though I wasn't able to continue my path in psychology, those experiences taught me resilience, empathy, and hard work — values that continue to guide me today.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service, technical support, online teaching, and virtual assistance, I've learned how to work well with others, stay adaptable, and handle challenges with patience and care.
